New Leaf Madison was founded by people who have walked the road of recovery themselves. We know what early recovery actually needs: stability, structure, community, and a place that genuinely feels like home.

We are not a treatment center. We are a sober living home, which means residents take responsibility for their own recovery while building the daily habits and connections that make lasting change possible.

Is New Leaf Madison a treatment center or medical facility?
No. New Leaf Madison is a sober living home, not a treatment center, detox facility, or medical provider. We provide peer-based housing for adults who are already working toward sobriety. Residents are responsible for managing their own recovery.
Do you allow pets?
We consider pet requests on a case-by-case basis. Factors include the animal's size and temperament and the needs of current residents. Residents with pets are fully responsible for their animal's care and any related costs.
How much does it cost to live at New Leaf Madison?
